On any public review, tap the ⋯ button. You can report the review with a reason, or block the reader entirely — blocking hides every review from that person, and they are not told.
Reviews that several readers report are hidden automatically pending a look from us. If something needs attention faster, email the address above with a link or a description and we'll act on it directly.
In the app: Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, every book and rating, your private reviews and notes, any reviews you published publicly, your handle, and your block list. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled through Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple declines and you think there has been a genuine mistake, email us and we'll help where we can.
No — not unless you choose. Every review you write is private by default. Publishing one is a separate, deliberate action on that book's page, and you can unpublish at any time. Published reviews show the handle you pick, never your profile name or email.
Profile → Public Handle. Changing it updates the handle on every review you have already published.
